i know what you mean , i was like 300 pnds back then , and it is very uncomfortable jogging in ur area that big, soo what you do is keep walking and walking then the next day just get faster then same thing over the next day , and yes u will see the difference. but before you do this try to practise ur diet, eat less drink more then eat then drink more, very use full if ur dont eating small portions for ur self to think that u are full then after 5 mins u wont feel hungry at all.

Never take pills! They’re so bad for you, even if you lose weight when you stop taking them you put it back on. A person I know was taking pills and she stopped 2 years later then she put on 4 dress sizes and she’s now diabetic.
